Product Section Policy in Candy Madness

1. Section Amount:

   • The amount of the section will be 25% of the total price of the product.
   • This amount is paid when making the section to ensure the reservation of the product.

2. Non refundable:

   • The layaway amount is non-refundable unless Candy Madness determines a refund is necessary.
   • Candy Madness reserves the right to issue refunds in exceptional circumstances, such as issues with product availability.

3. Cost of shipping:

   • The shipping cost will be calculated after the product is delivered.
   • Customers will be notified of the shipping cost before confirming delivery.
   • The shipping cost will be added to the total outstanding amount before delivery and must be paid together with the remaining 75% of the product amount.

4. Delivery confirmation:

   • Prior to delivery, the customer will be notified of the total amount due, including shipping cost.
   • The customer must confirm delivery and make the remaining payment to receive the product.

5. Section Cancellation:

   • The customer may cancel the layaway prior to delivery, but the layaway amount will not be refunded unless Candy Madness determines otherwise.

6. Candy Madness Need Refunds:

   • Candy Madness reserves the right to make refunds of the section amount in exceptional situations, such as the lack of availability of the product by Candy Madness.
